My parcel has still not been delivered, the tracking says that it arrived at the delivery depot in Canada on 15 December, so why has it not been delivered? This was a Christmas present for my Grand daughter despatched on the 6th December. You cant really call this a good service can you? Can you please look into what has happened to my parcel and get back to me.

Ok so I saved a few pounds going via parcel monkey to deliver a large and heavy item, but it wasn’t plain sailing. First of all, I was clearly instructed to take the parcel to a Royal Mail post office. It stated clearly on the instructions where to take the parcel. The post office refused it as was too heavy and told me to take it to the main sorting office. I took it up there and they then told me I need to take it to a parcel force depot. Bearing in mind, this parcel was just shy of 20kgs, it was big and lumpy to keep being told to take it elsewhere. Dropped off at parcel force the following day.. all good. Then the tracking number supplied was incorrect and didn’t work. I eventually figured out if I added PB at the front and 001 at the end… it worked! Parcel got delivered fine, but beware, YOU will need to do some leg work to save a couple of quid.

3 day delivery still not arrived 11 days later. Granted its the Xmas period, but if you cant hit your target dont advertise that you can.

Easy to input details on website and select best service (DPD). Label arrived quickly. And the parcel was collected and delivered in the specified windows. I will continue to use ParcelMonkey - such an easy way to send parcels!

Used Parcel Monkey twice recent weeks : Parcel 1 sent UK to France - delivered on the day quoted. Parcel 2 : sent UK to UK, DHL Collected Wed for next day delivery. Tracked on delivery day (Thursday) - not delivered but taken back to depot (not sure why as recipients in all day). Not delivered on the following day (Thursday). Went to DHL website Thursday 1800 rebooked home delivery - received email saying delivery would be on 1st working day of next week - so not very happy. In the event parcel was delivered on Friday - so happy, though would have preferred a) delivery to be on day booked, b) clearer emails from DHL. Having said that, both parcels arrived safely and in good condition.

This service is extremely expensive, you cannot get hold of anyone to complain, endless emails with links that when activated say you are not authorised to view? I sent a parcel the correct weight and dimensions give. I received a further charge adding an extra 7kg to my parcel! Will not be using again.

A bunch of moneygrabbers. Charged me a fine of £61 on a parcel that was £19 to send because the length was 20cm longer than expected. This meant the whole delivery was £80. Its an absurd charge on an eBay purchase which I organised collection for and was advised the dimensions by the seller, so had no control over their accuracy. I am more frustrated by the level of fine than anything else, especially as the supposed actual dimensions were well within the price bracket limits and would have cost no more to the courier. The fine meant the delivery cost more than the value of the actual item, which meant Id have been better off driving and getting it myself. Also, I was notified of this fine days after it was delivered, even though the courier would have clearly known of it at the point of delivery. This gave me no opportunity to dispute it, as the parcel had been unwrapped and fitted to the car by the time I was notified. The only proof theyd accept of dispute was pictures showing the measurements against the parcel as delivered. Funnily enough I dont do this with every parcel when it arrives. A word of advice, if you do bother to use them, whatever youre having delivered just use the maximum dimensions regardless. This will screw up their systems but gives them no opportunity to fine you ridiculous amounts when theres clearly no extra cost on them. It just removes all trust in the courier. £80 for what should have been £19!!!!

Paid for next day delivery, but Courier said they couldn’t access the property. This turned out to be a lie as Courier confirmed that the driver’s GPS had not been anywhere near the recipient’s address. Not Parcelmonekys fault but they have failed to follow up on this.

Wouldn’t hesitate to use Parcel Monkey again. Listed all the delivery options and associated costs and was kept up to date from dropping off the parcel to progress and confirmation of the delivery date and time slot.
Everything worked as stated and the parcel arrived at its destination on time as promised. All carried out at a very competitive cost.

Really very disappointed. Parcel sent to Ireland I. Plenty time for Christmas. Didn’t pick it up the first day, then said they were expecting 3 parcels ( only 1) and it did not arrive in time for Christmas. In fact it has been stuck on the same tracking tick box ( exported from the Uk) for days with zero updates or apologies. My family who couldn’t be with me, now have no gifts. Really disappointed

Have used Parcel Monkey previously for overseas parcels and found them very good.
Have just sent a UK parcel, shipped via Parcelforce 24. It is so much easier to print off labels and pay for shipping from home and then save time just dropping off at the Post Office. The shipping cost was also £5.00 less than the normal Parcelforce rate. Winner all round!!
