I found Parcel Monkey whilst searching for a competitive price to send a parcel to Guernsey on the net. Will definitely be using them again as I found the website easy to use, prices and options straightforward and I was able to book my delivery quickly. The courier picked up on my chosen date and my parcel arrived safely two days later. All the documents I needed to send my parcel were sent to my email within 30 mins of my placing the order. It’s a great all round service.

Fosse Way Honey delivered quickly and efficiently by Parcel Force. Very good value purchased through parcel monkey.
The parcel was taken to the post office and collected from there. Great work and no breakages as usual.

Customer hasnt received the returned goods I followed return instructions to the letter so not sure what more I could have done. Tracker shows the goods were received 2 days after I had sent it. Although, the company have emailed to say they havent received the goods.

The baseline would be package arrive. Payment taken and order complete. As payment was taken, then an additional payment taken, and the package was not delivered. I cant really rate the service as being in any way complete, or good.

Parcel Monkey is efficient; you need to be aware of the uninsurable restrictions on certain items, but once you have an account the process is straightforward. ParcelForce is also a lot more more reliable than some of the cut-price couriers.

Good service, reasonable prices and fairly straightforward booking system. Not had any issues so far. I personally tend not to go with the absolute cheapest service though - you get what you pay for (learnt the hard way). I ship ceramics so I dont qualify for compensation so end up using lots of packaging to ensure everything arrives in one piece.
