Only thing that would be an improvement would be to track when parcel was actually delivered. Otherwise very good and keen price.

Our Response: The item in question shows as being signed for by 'JONES' at 15:05 on Thursday 28th February.
Give me a better base insurance...like P2G...and then you would get so much custom!
