The tracking took ages to go live and there was no indication the customer whould have high import taxes. I will stick with UPS in future :(

Our Response: Import duty is the responsibility of the receiver based on the actions of their local customs. Therefore we cannot charge this and only charge for the courier side of things. Sorry to read you feel that way though.
Terrible service by Courier. Did not pick up item on day stated which meant delivery was late incurring needless cost. Won't use again.
