When their courier delivers its fine, but when it goes wrong Parcel Monkey have no interest to sort out any problems, very poor service!!

*****AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!***** One star because no 0 star option available: DX "left" a very expensive parcel outside my house. Apparently it was signed by myself with a photo outside the door. I have put in an investigation with the couriers - I received the e-signature which they claimed was signed by myself is clearly not mine, I sent my drivers license to prove the signature used, is completely different to my own. After asking many trusted neighbours, the parcel was not signed or taken in by anyone. It is deeply concerning after asking around thoroughly that DX delivery driver had taken the parcel for themselves after attempting to sign for the parcel as if it was me. I ordered this from ManoMano.Fr, and they have been very understanding through the processing, however is it very disappointing to say the least as I will not be using this company again as a result of the horrendous, untrusting couriers they use.

Placed an order for a Courier delivery. Label could not be printed. Contacted Parcel Monkey via chat and they didnt help me. Had to then contact Courier direct to sort out.

This company are fraud.. it will give you cheapest quote first but they are really crafty because in their terms and condition they mentioned that : " • I agree that if the dimensions and weight of my parcel(s) are incorrect, additional charges will be applied to my card based on information provided by the courier." and even though I worked 5 year for post-office and having this much of experience of measurement of parcel. They still wrongfully charged me extra and telling me the parcel measurement was wrong. I would suggest stay away from this fraud company or you will be their next victim. I am not the only one they used their crafty tricks there are other people as well please read google review etc. I would request treading standard to take some action against such a fraudulent and scamming company. I am requesting everyone to send complain against this company so treading-standard can take some action ASAP. I did my part. Even your single complain to TREADING-STANDARD UK will help to ceased this dodgy website soon.

! DO NOT USE WARNING ! I used them to ship my personal possessions. Failed to deliver to me. They were then sent to their warehouse. I was told they would be re-delivered. I told them how important this was. INSTEAD, THEY DESTROYED MY PERSONAL POSSESSIONS. I WAS IN FULL COMMUNICATION WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND YET, THEY STILL DID THIS. DO NOT USE, NO MATTER HOW REASONABLE THE PRICES MAY SEEM. Not reasonable if your personal possessions are destroyed!!!

This is always an easy way to compare prices. The only thing that prevents it from being 5* is I would like an indication of pick-up time when Ive booked a parcel for collection.

It would be zero stars if allowed.. They generated the wrong Customs documents so I had to make 2 trips to the Post Office. Then I got an additional charge saying my package weighed over what I had declared. I weighed it with digital scales as 0.7kg and they are claiming it was 2.2kg. Ive complained and theyve asked me send photos of the package next to a tape measure and on the scales... Knowing full well its already been sent! DO NOT USE PARCEL MONKEY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

First use of Parcel Monkey. Had my brother print out label. He printed 2 identical labels . I used the smaller. Weighed and Posted. Then found I was charged for a rediculous 10.9 kilo my parcel was weighed at 3.2 kilos. THEN I find that I was charged twice for the one parcel. This parcel has now cost £48.09 plus charged again £48.09 plus £33.29 weight. Ive emailed no end of times. Sent all documents and photos prior to taking legal action. This appears to me to be a very automated service Parcel Monkey cannot be reached by phone. They pass on to you any charge made by overseas carriers no matter how stupid they seam. I know its costing me more to see a solicitor than I will get back. My advice is to stick with the big direct postal companies that you can contact fairly if anything goes wrong.

Terrible experience My item was not collected over a ten day period over Christmas -I have contacted customer service no less than five times since then to cancel and get a refund - as they said I had to rebook which I was not prepared to do -The chat function is hopeless as you get a confirmation. Email that someone will get back to you but they do not -There is no phone number While I appreciate that Christmas was a tricky time - this terrible customer communication - black hole feeling - is not excusable. Avoid
