Fosse Way Honey parcel booked on ParcelForce using ParcelMonkey which was great value. Parcel was collected from the local post office and delivered within 48hours.

Parcel monkey is fantastic , unfortunately I was unable to book a return of my suitcase as you only book 1 week in advance. That is my only problem otherwise great company.

I use parcel monkey quite often, they do the job for me, they did loose a parcel once via parcel force but paid up as parcel insured. Will use again.

Sent heavy parcel to Italy. Very easy to fill in forms online and make payment, dropped it in to local post office, emailed copies of paperwork to the recipient and all went swimmingly!

We put in the weight and dimensions for the parcel we wished to send and took it to the post office. All efficient and the post office accepted it. A week later we got an email to say Parcel Monkey had charged us an additional £52 for the parcel ( original quote £20 ) Do not use them as their quote calculator is obviously wrong and you think you have paid a fair delivery price only to be stung a week later!!!

AVOID THS COMPANY. Absolute rubbish. I paid for an express delivery. They didnt collect the parcel for more than 10 days. The customer service is horrific. Save yourself any hassle just pay a couple quid more and send with the post office or DPD.

Not a great experience sending my parcel with them. Let me explain. I sent a parcel to a customer. It was refused by the recipient. I have no idea why, but all this took 11 days from sending before the item was marked return to sender. Was it returned to me in Glasgow? Parcelforce was instructed to return the parcel to Parcel Monkey HQ, who then issued a note saying it could be collected from Southampton PM HQ. Luckily I was passing (400 miles away) and took the collection option. But, suddenly that option is no longer available as the Collection Unit is closed and has now moved (although my parcel was delivered there three days previous). But can be returned of course if I pay a £5 surcharge on top of whatever return postage Parcel Moneky see fit. Could I leave a five-star review based on this info, no I cannot.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Very bad service, I have asked to pay £38.95, which is the same amount I paid for this service, to return my order which I have requested to cancel and return due to the delay of Courier. Im going to report that to the ombudsman association if you dont response professionally and return my parcel.
