I have used Parcel Monkey for years,100`s of parcels sent, with no issues. I use ether Parcelforce, or DHL. One time they did damage a parcel, and didnt pay out, so watch the insurance. Overall cheap and reliable. So because of that one Parcel, 4 Stars out of 5.

I always use parcelmonkey and theyve never failed me. Top quality service. Sometimes the collection doesnt work for DHL and DX, but thats not their fault and my address is notoriously difficult to find! Highly reccomend this company.

They will scam you for money. I’m still waiting for my money back due to a typo they or their courier did. Disgusting. It’s theft. My bank is now involved

Parcel delivery time : quite slow. It seems to have got lost and then found. But during its lost > found phase I can only assume it had been mistaken for the ball at a Rugby match, then someone thought it had a parachute and threw it out of a plane and the next day it ended up in a bar-fight. Because thats the state the box looks in on arrival (and I have photo of the box BEFORE sending). The box had a hole and guess what, so did the content. Buggered! Money down the drain. More electronic waste and trash. All round a great result then PM!

Terrible terrible service. Override and mess up Parcelforce collections. Change labels without telling you and slow response times with awful chat support ( Someone called Hans sarcastic and rude ). My stupid mistake for using them and not Parcelforce directly. while Parcelforce apologise and will issue a full refund for non collection - Parcelmonkey wont pass on the refund and keep the money. Avoid and use couriers directly.
