Wanted to have a 4kg e-bike motor transported from Sheffield to Hampshire, and chose Parcelmonkey. Took package to collection point at Morrisons on Wednesday afternoon and had confirmation of delivery on Thursday afternoon. All very easy and fuss-free.

The item transported was heavy and valuable. I took the precaution of full insurance. It was collected promptly and arrived remarkably and impressively quickly.

Absolutely useless. Zero stars if I could. I sent a parcel via parcelmonkey, overseas. The courier was parcelforce and the price was cheaper then booking it directly. The parcel contained a vintage radio, no batteries, and not on the prohibited items list. Ive sent vintage radios abroad before without issue. For some reason parcelforce refused to transport it on the plane and returned it to me. Parcelmonkey refuses to refund me the cost of delivery as the "parcel was collected". Parcelforce wouldnt engage with me directly as I commissioned their service via parcelmonkey. So please be aware, parcelmonkey only assume responsibility for collection of your parcel, not for delivery. Whats a shame. Do yourself a favour and use another courier instead.

Excellent service, the courier offered to print another copy of the customs form at the office. The fragile parcel was delivered from UK to USA in 2 days in perfect condition.

Delivery time stated 3-4 days No ! Parcel collected 1/7/22 and as at 13/7/22 not yet delivered. Parcel 1m long so hard to lose ! UK to Spain so no doubt Spanish end to blame

I wanted to send a large parcel for an item I had sold. It wasnt heavy just large and parcel monkey has a great step by step guide to find the right choice for my needs. Prices were quoted and in this instance I chose parcelforce 48 to be dropped off at any post office for collection, printed address labels were attached, easy as pie

Sent my parcel to the wrong address aren’t replying to my messages everything is automated and I’m not getting any answers now I am without my item and so is the buyer parcel should of been returned to me but they’ve sent it to somewhere in Portsmouth which is literally the other end of the country!

i was happy with the service that you provided allowing me to send the parcel but 7 days later I am still waiting for my parcel to be delivered and I am not happy about that at all. I sent documents which needed to reach the recipient by 12th July as they are needed for an important appointment on the 14th. The parcel was dropped off on the 3rd July and tracking still indicates that they are being prepared for export and have not yet left the UK. I am furious. The appointment in the receiver country cannot be rescheduled and if they do not arrive on time a lot of money has been wasted. I chose Global priority as they stated it would arrive within 5 days, it has now been 7 and I am getting very anxious. I have no issue with Parcel Monkey for making the booking of the parcel but right now I am annoyed that my parcel s still in the UK according to the Parcelforce tracking information.

Hidden charges not disclosed. I recently used Parcel Monkey to ship to the Republic of Ireland. The process on Parcel Monkeys website was quick and all went smoothly and was reasonably priced. However Ive just now been informed that in order for the parcel to be delivered, I will have to pay nearly 100 euro in customs charges. Had I known this I would not have used this service, so customs fees like this should be listed upfront, or at least inform customers there will be high customs fees
