The parcel was not collected by 6:30 as promised. I phoned the courier who told me that they had not recieved the instruction until 4:30

Our Response: Nightfreight are working on their tracking technology to clear issues like this up and the improvements will hopefully be available in late summer. However we are very sorry for the delay in collection.
