Tracking didn't actually reflect the true parcel status and advised DHL wasn't available yet that's who delivered the parcel!!!!!!

At no point was I informed that Nightfreight do not deliver at weekends when booking next day delivery. This caused problems with customer.

It's clearly displayed throughout the website that it's a next working day service and that is why we sell a Saturday delivery service for those that want it.
I weighed my parcel before getting the quote but you still charged me extra a few days later. another courier never did that.
