It was not made clear that Customs Forms were required as Norway is not in EU. Parcel is currently HELD in some customs warehouse!

a good way of sending parcles without the hasstle would be better if you gave a delivery slot rather than waiting in all day

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
