We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
My parcel was not collected for delivery to me. I was not informed after the non collection, neither by phone, nor email.

Brilliant. Introduced to parcel monkey by a friend. However, the prices are a bit too high given that the post office is just next door
