We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

Tracking reveals delivery premises closed, That is incorrect these premises are open 24/7, this is unsatisfactory!

the parcel was arranged to be collected on Monday 8 after three phones calls on Tuesday 9th it got collected at 4.oopm 24hrs late
