The parcel wasn't collected on Monday. It was collected on Tuesday. It was finally delivered at 9pm on Thursday. This is very poor service.

Your courier in Vietnam sent the wrong invoice number to my wife, they haven't looked at the pro-forma invoice and no delivery .

Good price for service, but not too sure about the charge if recipient is not in when delivery is attempted the next working day.

This is only because the couriers charge us for a wasted journey / failed delivery.

Speedy, economical. Only complaint: impatient driver. Took time to come down from 2nd floor, had to run after van in street to give parcel!
