Hi, the parcel was found to be severely damaged enroute to Germany using Parcelforce so am very disappointed.

The first parcel was sent with no problem and was collected from my house. My second parcel was declined as you didn't deliver there

The delivery driver was excellent, and couldn't have been more helpful. However tracking is a laugh! Ridiculous.

Appalling service. Failed to pick up parcel on agreed day & I had to call repeatedly to ensure pick up. Unprofessional, unreliable.
