Nightfreight are working on their tracking technology and the improvements will hopefully be available in late summer.
one item was completely smashed and beyond repair. Not happy at all

I phoned when noone collected.Was told the driver couldnt find us. But no call to ask where we were or to tell me. 3rd time. Always Mondays

Our Response: Monday is the busiest day of the week for the courier industry but this does not make the delay you experienced acceptable. Please accept our apologies for this and rest assured we will speak to them.
The delivery driver (Courier) did not leave a card for the recipient when the parcel was left with the neighbour.

When collecting parcels (DX service) some indication of AM or PM arrival time should be conveyed to the customer.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
