We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

Dont think its a good idea to ask receivers mobile phone number as quite often we dont know it

But receivers want notification of delivery and sometimes the drivers need to know exact locations so this is why we ask for it.
