My parcel was returned with no explanation, I have emailed and no response?

The city link courier was extremely rude about the package dimensions. He then initially refused to sign receipt. Complained to CL.

This is not acceptable to us and please accept our apologies on behalf of the City Link driver. The dimensions / weight you provided are within our contract with City Link so the driver should not have said anything about the item. Once again on behalf of City Link we are sorry and rest assured we will be speaking with them about this.
1. Give a time frame, when the driver will arrive to collect the parcel. 2. Deliver the parcel to the actual flat and not to a phone shop
