Excellent prompt service. Disappointed the two packages booked at the same time could not be picked up together - but different carriers.

booked 24hr srvice, you changed it to 48hr during booking which I only find out when label is emailed - so parcel was late. You missold this

The parcel was not collected as agreed and when discussing this over the telephone no-one was helpful atall and basically told me get lost.
