Very good service, however some indication of time-frame for collection would be useful, even if it said at any time after 6am for example

It does state an anytime collection window.
Very misleading...paid for 1-3 day delivery...envelope delivered 7 days later. Not impressed.

Our Response: You paid for a 2 - 3 day service on August 15th and had the item collected on Friday 16th. This was delivered to our International hub on Monday 19th and then delivered in Houston Texas on Wednesday August 21st. What is wrong with that??

One small issue, the email which contains the paperwork I get signed by the collection driver is often sent after my parcel has gone

The signature sheet should come out as page 2 with the label being on page 1.

The service you selected has full tracking details that can be viewed when you log into your account.
Excellent work, parcel monkey! The only improvement would be inclusion on the confirmation email of exactly *which* service was booked.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
Web site response time is unbearably slow at times.

Tracking could be clearer as to where the driver is, as arrived later in the day to collect parcel.
