Good service, but was not impressed when the price was a few pounds more than initially quoted - quote price did not include VAT

The price for this order never increased and the price which includes VAT is displayed beneath the non VAT price.
courier picked up parcel and as it reached its destination even quicker than timeframe stated when purchased.EXCELLENT!

It would be helpful if time slots could be given, or at least a text 1-2 hours before collection, however still happy with service received.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

The courier charges us a pallet rate so when our customers select this service then we have to charge accordingly.
friendly driver. City Link driver told me they were trialling a scheme to allow customers to see what time they are coming, sounds good
