hard to track package had to ring nightfrieght then get a different number told between 3-5 package arrived at nearly 6 but ok

If the package gets collected, it most likely also will be delivered. Communication with the ticket-system takes forever to get answers.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
