Royal mail didn't have the delivery on their system when we arrived. Although yours said it was confirmed!

Our Response: We only display "confirmed" once the couriers system has acknowledged the booking.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
city link are usually reliable but pack well, check insurance, and be there to receive item.
