I wasn't given a time slot so had to wait in all day till 4pm. Still haven't had confirmation of delivery. This may be the fault of Parcel F

Was told parcel would be collected Thursday. Eventually collected Tuesday after three calls to night freight.

Our Response: I am sorry to read that. Nightfreight had a technology failure recently which caused a number of issues. Please raise all future questions via us and not the courier directly as you will get a quicker response.
i will always use parcel monkey they have never let me down and i will not use any one else

More accurate pickup time / window would be really helpful. Less sitting around all day waiting.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

Parcel handling part is excellent but trouble with website. If you are close to confirming but then edit details you can loose all you typed

That's because any changes made could impact on the price displayed. Therefore the information has to be entered again.
Parcelforce could not give me the price you gave me for their service. Your site was brilliant.

Very good service, but it's hard to get the cheeper option to work, I have tried twice and faild.

No tracking details update, no idea where the parcel is!!!
