We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
Quick, easy and clear. Only thing I'd suggest would be to mention whether couriers supply their own boxes or not.

It would be nice if time of pickup was more specific like by 13:00 or after 13:00. Alternatively a txt 60 min before driver arrives.

Your next day service took 4/5 days (collected Thursday,delivered Monday). Waited around all day Thursday for parcel to be collected by DX

Don't find your new website very user friendly. The typeface colour is difficult to read and boxes are easily missed.
