I am sorry but you are mistaken. You booked a next day collection which means delivery will be attempted the working day following collection.

Collected on time, delivered on time, happy with service, am or pm collection would be better than no tine given and waiting in all day.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
