No problems really, booking to send to Thailand was easy, booking and customs forms simple. Duplicate emails from you about details tho'.

You need to confirm with the customer that the goods have been delivered and provide a POD in case of disputes.

Paid £65 for next day delivery , item arrived four days later. Ebay buyer still has case against me on there over it.

Notification via text or email of if and when parcel was collected in addition same on delivery, estimated time of delivery would be nice.

Collection was a day late. No obvious way of contacting anybody at parcel monkey to find out what was happening.

Parcel monkey email said it was getting picked up the Wednesday Courier picked it up Thursday, Label on the parcel said Thursday :-(
