Citilink picked up on Friday from Oxon and then lost my parcel (iPad) excuse was " Missorted" delivered days later and smashed screen.

The tracking information for parcels to Australia is very patchy, sometimes missing, and usually quite delayed. Nice to have carrier info

Driver was very polite and curtious would not let us pick the parcel up which weighed 18 kgs. Would use your company again because of this.
