Actually deliver item next day when Next Day option has been selected and paid for. Not within 3 days! Have a customer support number!

I think couriers should be able to give 2 hour window for collections given the technology we have now.

Failed to collect parcel on day scheduled, had to call Courier several times to get them to rearrange collection which was 4 days late!!!!
