Your drivers routinely fail to collect items as scheduled, never give their surnames, have no ID and put fake signatures down.

Users really appreciate (say) DPD's level of communication, & accuracy, re. time slots ... most would happily pay a small premium.

Failed collection 1st and 2nd day I had to drive it to the depot myself and it still wasn't delivered next day book Tuesday delivered Friday
