The only quibble is that is said collection within 24hours and it was a day later.

Collected a day late so waited in all day in vain. 96hrs after should have been picked up it arrived as spanned a weekend. No communication.

Was to be collected on Tuesday the 29th but was collected on Wednesday. Hasn't reached destination10 days now but it looks like lost.

This time someone gave an incorrect post-code to the collecting driver. After many phone-calls he came 24hrs late.
