Dreadful service courier didn't collect. No customer contact details available for parcelmonkey. Courier said order not submitted to them

Courier driver posted card saying he couldn't collect when we were in. Customer services useless as no phone no available.

missed the courier by 7mins, spent the next day trying to get throu arranged another pick up no one came went to another courier company!!!!
