parcels collected on 15th dec still not delivered on 22nd dec despite waiting in all day twice and trying to collect from depot.

Driver phoned beforehand to say he was on his way. Customer confirmed parcel delivered next day in perfect condition. Excellent service.

The parcel was a gift for my brother he had to pay £35 release fee to Courier to get it delivered no mention of this when I booked it.

A contact number for Parcel Monkey, and Interlink would have been very helpful, as the label did not print all if the info I typed in.
