Took well over a week for Courier to actually come collect the parcel after i missed the initial collection. Very poor service on CL!

Our Response: Hello I am very sorry to hear this, I do understand your frustration as we are often blamed for the errors of the courier agents. We are not a courier company, we are a reseller and price comparison site that simply help to get the best prices based on a parcels dimensions, weight, and address. The couriers are in control of a shipment as soon as the order has been completed but of course we do try to support any of our customers should an error occur.
Fine, but took 2 days longer than my other parcel also delivered to France.
