I sent a parcel and when it arrived the item inside was broken I took insurance out and then found I still wasn't covered.

The pick up guy was great, texting me before he arrived, could have done with a note upon delivery to say that the parcel had been left tho!

Took two days instead of next day delivery, but to be fair the weather at the receiving address wasn't too good.

It would have been helpful if the delivery driver had left WORD that a neighbour had taken in the parcel instead of just leaving it.
