Better contact as to when parcel will be collected - accept that paying peanuts reduces quality of service but could be easily improved

is it beyond your wit to offer better than a 10 hour pickup window? 10 hours is unreasonable - at worst iyou should offer a 2 hour window

My parcel ( a door in its' originally packing without any damage reached the reciver Doordeal with damage. As result Doordeal can not refund
