We do not like Yodel - bad experience with them, but we used dx on here last time and they were really good. Booking is also easy.

Packages where picked up same day only issue was the packages where 2 diffrent sizes and completly diffrent weights yet i still paid same.

If there was some way of giving a window of when pickup would occur- ie am or pm or 8-11am, 10-3pm, 2-6pm that would greatly improve service

Did not turn up to collect parcel, had to deliver to depot next day
