It was not made clear that it was a 48 hour delivery service. I thought it was the next day and so had a day off work unpaid!

The packages were sent together but delivered seperatly and they took different routes.

Parcel Monkey was fine but the courier (Parcel Force) took 3 working (5 calendar) days to deliver something that was paid to be 24 hrs.

Website/ordering great except slow updates. Courier rubbish. Misrouted and then a 12kg parcel thrown over gate at a drop of over 6ft!!!

It would be useful to have some idea of collection time - even a phone call/text an hour/half hour beforehand would help
