£35 for a parcel collection should offer more small, more accurate timings than 8-6pm. He turned up at 5:30. Had to wait in all day.

Our Response: Unfortunately due to the limited information provided by the couriers, we are unable to request or provide more specific time windows for collections, only the actual date of collection.
My parcel has still not been recieved by the customer over a week. I have to refund the customer now and lost £200 worth of valubales

Parcel Force have let you down. They said they tried to deliver but never left a card and the customer was there. Very poor service.
