Great and easy service, I was at the airport when I booked the courier and had a friend give the parcel to the person collecting it.
I then panicked for a while because I realised that there wasnt any postage label printed as I do with eBay but was super surprised and relief when I read that the person picking up the parcel would bring a spare label!!! ACE! A***

Simple to use and effective booking service. However ParcelForce 24 hour service took 48 hours and the tracking site was "amended" to remove rather than correct what was either an incorrect entry or a failure to make an original delivery which is very annoying when trying to keep a recipient informed of the progress of a delivery.

I am from Malta and I needed a package to be collect from a UK address and delivered to another UK address. This was handled smoothly by Parcelmonkey, will no hassle.
I highy recommend them and will use them again anytime.

Have now sent over 30 parcels through Parcel Monkey website and have never experienced any problems with service.

Weve used parcel monkey for 2 years on and off. They now have dx service they are terrible they dont turn up to collect and a next day service can take 4 days but they will mark it as delivered in tracking even though delivery hasnt been made. Parcel monkey is better than it was but still could be greatly improved.

Ended up ringing the delivery company myself to arrange collection when Parcel Monkey messed it up. I did everything for a next day collection but on the day was told by Parcel Monkey there was no way I could have the collection until the following day due to some error. They did nothing to fix the error. You cant speak to anyone directly and they can be as sorry as they like in their online chat but when you need something collected, best sort it yourself. DPD who my collection with scheduled with came straight out for it once Id called them direct. Shameful service by Parcel Monkey.

Im really happy using this service. I sent a parcel from Uk to Spain and it was so quick! 3 working days and my friend from Spain recived it without any damages. Collecting time exactly on time. But after refieled the application form was a problem with phone number on the shipping label does it mean was different than number I put on the form. But I am really happy and will use it again !! Thank you ParcelMonkey team and DPD team !!! Really thanks!! A+++++

Went to book in for UK-Northern Ireland a 4kg parcel at checkout said it was a remote destination and jumped up to £36 i knew this was far to much went direct to Parcelforce and it was £18 less, YES A saving off £18 for a 24hour 4kg to Nothern Ireland from the UK and with the same postcodes Parcelforce website didnt say it was remote :( Usally Parcel Monkey is cheaper the Interparcel for European deliveries But not on this case,

Mostly fantastic service. Lovely to have the Collect Same Day until 11.30am. Difficult and disjointed to communicate when there is a problem though. Overall, were still using them and will continue to do so.

I used parcel monkey to send a large box that was 22kg in weight as I was being quoted silly money by other couriers - £30+. Parcel monkey charged around half that and the service was excellent. Parcelforce collected on the day that I had booked and our local driver is very nice. It was then deliveried 48 hours later as per the booking. No complaints at all and I will use them again.

Another successful delivery - this time to Eire. Completed on time and to both mine and my customers complete satisfaction. Item arrived safely and customer was advised of its progress en-route.
All this at a great price.
