We booked this online in the afternoon, parcel was collected next day and delivered the next working day after that - happy with the service provided and excellent for ad hoc parcel service as we do not need parcels delivered very often

This is without doubt the worst service i have ever received from a professional company. I had organised a shipping of my bike from London to Denmark. I packed the bike accordingly to the standards and attached the label securely. The scheduled pickup was on a Friday but it didnt get picked up until the following Tuesday, which i can live with. They can be held responsible for every little delay. About 4 days later i received a parcel which clearly wasnt my bike. It was an A4 doc containing old walkie-talkies, phones etc, but with my label one which clearly said "Bike" and the given dimensions of my parcel. Now this sounds fishy, since how come the label i so securely attached myself ended up on a completely different parcel. 4 weeks later and they still hadnt sorted out this situation, claiming they hadnt heard from the currier. I mean 4 weeks! When i mentioned the ombudsman they suddenly got into action, funny enough. However now they are asking for evidence implying that in various ways that i didnt sent my bike in the first way! I simply cant believe this. Late pickup, wrong parcel, waiting 4 weeks for a response and now they are trying to frame me. Know this, you should stay away from this service. They might be cheap but it comes at a price.

I have used their services many times to both send and collect items of various sizes and weight. The options available are vast and the choices simple. Registering was a doddle and if you dont particularly like a courier
(I refuse to use the Royal Mail) you can choose one of many alternatives. Simple cheap, reliable and flexible. You cant ask more.

Day 1: Booked a next day delivery, but item was not collected. Day 2: Called Parcelforce early morning and was assured parcels would be collected by 1pm. Day 3: Arrived to office to find a note from courier saying they had come at 6pm day before but no one in! So re-arrange with Parcelforces courier directly on his mobile for items to be collected that same day. Again they either didnt turn up or turn up after close of business. Day 4: Parcels finally collected!! Not a next day delivery at all, DO NOT send anything important. No one accepts responsibility when things dont go right. Courier blames parcel monkey, parcel monkey directs you to courier. Needless to say will not be using again. Very frustrating!!

This was the first time that I have used Parcel Monkey, I didnt want to pay the high prices of Parcelforce. I had reservations, as I dont have a home printer and wasnt sure if I could save the documents that I needed to print for later. The whole process was very easy, I opted to use DPD which was the cheapest but needed me to print the document (which was simply emailed to me so I could print out wherever I chose). Communication was excellent, and DPD (I used their drop off service)were excellent with the service, time, tracking info etc. Will certainly use Parcel Monkey next time with no worries based on my first experience.

2kg box collected from Sheffield, UK Tuesday pm. Delivered to rural New Zealand the following Monday AM on an economy service. I might just do my grocery shopping online from the UK now.

Used the drop off service and my parcel was picked up and delivered with no problems. I was able to track my parcel and new when it had been delivered. Great service and so much cheaper than sending through the post office!! I will use it again!! ????

I needed to get a heavy item picked up from Scotland to near gatwick airport, so easy to use, informed all the way , tracking and delivered in 2 days for a really good price - definitely use again

Very very bed service I use 1st time and bought label by parcel force its said the parcel deliver with in 2 days but now more then 6 days my parcel did not deliver yet and the parcel monkey did not have phone number to contact them.

Once parcel was ready to go used the website and found it straightforward. They sent an email to print off my address label. Found the local drop off, in fact quite a few in my area. Really easy to drop off. Then that was it. They then emailed to say my parcel had been delivered. Great, will use it again for sure.

Im very dissappointed as you have to reschedule the pick up date as it supposed to be on Aug 30th, unfortuntely it was been picked up by September 1st instead. In future, i hope you will keep the schedule date as stated without any hesitation. Anyway, i appreciate your service and in future i still choose your company to delivered my parcel. When I had problem the only way to contact you was during live chat !!!! Is it because that youre business is rubbish as well as the live chat person I had dealings with me. Not helpful at all. Refused to answer questions about problems I had. I phoned parcel force myself to sort the situation out as youre company couldnt be bothered. The full chat and a detailed account of what happens is now available to see on the social network. Also Im in the process of getting of a refund.

i sent a parcel PM4689265 in 25th july, told me they had lost my parcel, my parcel is a fishing bedchair its big hard to lose, then told i had to wait 28 days for a Claims Department to sort through my case, i sold this for £300 to a customer (its worth £500) i had to jump through hoops for you proving i had sold it even though you where the ones who lost my parcel, not sure how that works. i warn everyone DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Parcel Monkey is one of these companies which is quite happy to take your money, but will never speak to you on the phone or put a system in place to sort things out when things go wrong. We sent an expensive item to a customer in Dubai, In spite of the parcel being fully tracked after 6 weeks the parcel still hasnt arrived. Parcel Monkey refused to put us in contact with the original shipper (they are just intermediaries) and we were left with trying to sort things out with chat-bots. Try searching on line for a head office number or a complaints number. We have lost hundreds of pounds through their arrogance and complete absence of any customer services. A truly appalling company. We will never use them again.

I wrapped my breadmaker with material that was for wrapping a ceramic vase. And they say it is not sufficient. So forget about claims if you use them. [on their reply] They cannot read properly either! I shipped a breadmaker, not a ceramic vase.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, ceramics are listed by us on the prohibited item list as they are very fragile and breakable so not suitable to go via a courier network, plus guidance on packaging will of been provided at the time of booking so this is why claims cannot help with this issue I am afraid.
We do not handle the items as a courier reseller, so apologies for the inconvenience but our terms are there to assist you and show what can and cannot be sent.

OK the service is not the best on the market but the price is, You get what you pay for and i have always used them and have few problems

Great for cheap and cheerful parcel delivery but if ever you have a problem - forget it. There is no customer phone line, their online chat gets intermittent response, and the ability to resolve problems to customer satisfaction is zero. I ordered a 3-day delivery with collection using Courier. Courier didnt turn up and I contacted ParcelMonkey at 8am the following morning - the moment they came online. Without telling me, they simply re-booked the parcel the following working day (other side of a weekend) meaning that the for parcel would now be collected 2 working days late. I contacted them and said I needed a same-day collection. They replied that Courier dont do collections on the same day (not true). The issue was down to their IT systems failing to communicate correctly with Courier. As a result of this, they made no attempts to rectify - for example, by offering an upgraded (faster) service. Rather, when I challenged them I simply got told As I told you, the courier doesnt do same day collections. Instead, I am left to pick up the pieces or a late delivery and waiting at home all day for a non-existent courier, and to go with a more reliable service directly. Shockingly poor ability to handle customer complaints in a satisfactory way. I have used them before without problem but after this experience (a) will never use them, and (b) will make sure I warn others.

I am very sorry to hear of this issue with the collection, we do not make the collections and cannot add to a DHL manifest for the day, it has to be the next working day. We offer Live Chat 8am to 9pm weekdays to help with any issues such as this and every ticket is answered.

All the shipping process was how it should always be: simple, reasonably priced, and efficient. Parcel Monkey is the site to go to if youre looking for cheap and fast shipping. I sent a 20kg box from the UK to Italy for £20 (when all other shipping companies would cost around £50) and the box arrived sooner than expected.
