I needed to get a bulky item collected and couldnt do it with any of the major carriers without an account and without it costing a lot of money. A google search found Parcel Monkey. I was a bit sceptical but the whole process was really easy and was more than 30% cheaper than going directly through the carrier. Id be more than happy to use them again.

Service was great, process was simple & Cheaper than Parcel2go (who I always used for years). Only issue was with tracking. Not detailed enough, only IN PROGRESS note and could not tell what day it would arrive. That said, as I chose Parcel Force, the goods arrived on time.
No more parcel2go from now.

This service was chosen to minimize the amount of time the goods were in transit in order to ensure any damage or loss was less likely. It proved very successful and rather than use our regular courier it is more likely that we will be using this service every time in future. We found the website easy to use and had a choice of price and speed of delivery, it was very obvious the best deal available to us and pick up and delivery went like clockwork. Couldnt ask for more.

I am totally pleased with my using Parcel Monkey. Staff had been nice and polite, very helpful. Got a text message about the time of collection which is great. Parcels came in good estate. I would highly recommend Parcel Monkey to everyone who is searching for a reliable company.

Being able to drop the parcel off at the local Post Office saved me having to wait in all morning. Other services have always kept me waiting past lunchtime. This was also the cheapest option and was delivered within 2 days, more quickly than any other service I have ever booked.

Never used this company before so I was a little apprehensive, but I had no need to be! Was easy to place order, price was really good and when compared with direct quote from courier it was over £60 cheaper!!!

Maybe not your fault but the courier failed to collect parcel, I had to ring them and re-schedule collection therefore loosing a couple of days delivery time...
Parcel Monkey itself is very easy to use and gives a number of couriers to chose from, over all a very good service.

I needed to get a replacement phone sent to me in Spain. I paid for a 2 day express delivery to Ibiza. It arrived after 7 days and the tracking info on my account showed no status at all, so I had no idea of whats going on until I had an email from a Spanish courier after 5 days

We booked a delivery selecting parcel monkey as the courier. This means they subcontract various couriers for a cheaper overall price. The parcel was for a town in Rwanda. We wanted to make sure they would deliver there as its Africa, so tweeted them and they said "yes, all our couriers are door to door". So we booked the delivery. Our recipient then had a phone call from Courier saying they dont deliver outside the capital and he had to travel several hours on a bus to Rwandas capital to collect it. No refund/ reimbursement given. Still, it was the cheapest option and as a very small charity we used them again, twice, to the same address, and the same thing happened - inconvenient but ok once we were expecting it. The fourth occasion (to the same address in Rwanda) the parcel was collected, then before it left the UK we were told "the area is not serviceable". We explained multiple times that Courier dont deliver outside the capital but they can call our recipient once it arrives and hell collect it. Their customer service, a live chat, was like a brick wall - they only provided stock answers, the same ones over and over (with the same incorrect grammar), contradicting themselves saying the address was wrong, saying the area isnt serviced, saying it was delivered before when it wasnt (our recipient had to collect it) etc. I honestly think it might be a computer, or at least someone with no brains who wasnt reading what we said. Twitter was just go to the live chat, theyll support you. I tweeted at them and Courier demanding answers and they had the cheek to tweet at Courier without copying us in to say it was our fault because the address was wrong. They never explained what was supposedly wrong with the address, and after 2 weeks, returned it to us. They have jeopardised our projects in Rwanda, wasted over a week of my time trying to sort it out and find an alternative way to produce more goods quickly to send another way, and caused me and our recipient significant stress. At the very end, they blamed it on Courier, and wont even accept responsibility.

The address provided was not full on this shipment, meaning that on the prior delivery to this one the courier struggled to handle it, and therefore when it came to shipping the next one they were reluctant to send it and have it stuck in their network without a full address. Those messages came back from DHL- who said they didnt service the address as it was in an area they do not handle goods in and thus the item had to be returned. We help customers ship around the world but an address must be provided that the courier can deliver to or items can easily be lost. We have returned the parcel and provided a full delivery refund on your Parcel Monkey account.
Apologies for the inconvenience this has caused, however a full and valid address is essential to use our services. If you wish to raise this further please create a support ticket and address as FAO Manager and it can be looked into.

I wasted an entire day using this service. My collection was booked in and I received a confirmation email. The collection driver didn’t turn up on the specified day. I had to make 7 separate phone calls the next day to chase it up. Eventually I spoke to my local Parcel Force depot and was told the collection details had arrived on their system as blank. Disappointed and won’t bother with this service again.

I am very sorry to hear that the collection with Parcelforce failed to take place, looking at this the courier accepted the booking from us and then failed to collect as they have the order ID on their system. We do not come and pick the items up as a courier reseller, so apologies for the inconvenience caused. If they fail to collect, just log in to your Parcel Monkey account and use the Live Chat to rebook as we are the account holders of the rate your parcel is booked in on with Parcelforce so you will need us to contact them to rebook the pick up.

I dropped a parcel off on a Monday to my local drop off point 9 days later still not collected by there driver eBay have refunded the buyer and I have no item ????????????????

I am very sorry to hear this was not collected by DPD, as soon as the item is dropped into the shop the system should show them a parcel is awaiting collection. Parcel Monkey will of produced the label and then once this is scanned when you drop into the shop DPD will get notified.

The website is really easy to use and the drop off points make it a lot easier than waiting for a courier to collect the parcel.
I have sent two parcels now and am most happy with the service so far. The delivery drives have always been coutious on the other end

I needed to send a large parcel from mainland UK to Northern Ireland. Most couriers were unable to provide a quote due to the size of the package, i managed to get quotes around £23 and then I tried ParcelMonkey - half the price of the other quotes using Parcelforce 48 hour service. The service was excellent, communication great and tracking the shipment a doddle. I have no hesitation in recommending ParcelMonkey.
