My item was collected, and delivered. I’m happy, but it was a bit confusing for me when the driver came for the parcel 2 days earlier than stated on the website. Luckily I had already boxed the item for postage in time, but this may not always be the case.

Parcel lost in transit! Sending from UK to South Africa, updates all the way and suddenly changed the delivery details back to where it was sent from and noone at parcel monkey seems to know how or why this happened and the parcel is untraceable. Will definitely NEVER use them again!

Absolutely appalling customer service. I used parcel monkey to return some items to the seller (wooden floor). Parcel Monkey then used Parcel Force. 2 months later and the products are nowhere to be found. Parcel Monkey has "been trying to get in contact with the courier" for 2 months now unsuccessfully. As things stand I have lost both the refund for the items and the delivery fee. Simply unacceptable!!!

Do not use this company. I sent a package from USA to UK and paid a lot of money. My packages moved through several USA states for one week. I had been forthcoming about contents of the package and the contents were in line with customs law in both countries. This company are now holding my parcel ransom. They are telling me that my item is restricted (my item specifically isn’t listed on restrictions). They sent me a list of their own restrictions for international shipping which pretty much covers all items ever and since this was not clear to me when booking and I was honest in my order and customs forms without anyone flagging this issue, I am now having to make a claim for a mis-sold service. This company now have the audacity to ask me to pay to have this product returned to sender. And won’t release my package until I do. Furthermore they are trying to bully me in to not making a consumer claim on a missold service. Their conduct with me in the chat/messaging service has been hugely unprofessional and downright intimidating. They will not refund me the amount I paid despite them not having provided the service I paid for. Unless shipping locally, please avoid this cowboy company at all costs. When I ask them to wait for my case reps to contact them about my consumer law claim they bombard me with messages telling me I HAVE to pay for return of the product. This is one of the worst encounters I’ve had with a company in my 35 years. Awful, parcelmonkey you should be ashamed
