My parcel has not been delivered as yet, I went to Dubai specially to another courier but couldn’t get hold of it, I found out that it has been miss-declare, I have been complaining about the same from past week but no response was given, I have never experienced such unprofessional attitude before.

My parcel wasnt collected on the specified day. Nor was it collected the following day. I went onto the Parcel Monkey website to arrange another collection and only after that, on the third day did it finally get collected. At no point did I receive a text or an email to notify me that there was a problem. It seems to be up to the customer to check and re-book.

I found the international paperwork easy, the price comparisons very helpful. Selected UPS and they did an excellent job compared to Parcelforce who failed.

Parcel Monkey is great - it quickly presents you with various options, and explains the differences so that you can make up your mind. Then the rest of the procedure is a piece of cake. Ive used it many times and will continue to do so.

I don’t think the process is particularly straightforward, however this is not due to ‘Parcel Monkey’ but more to do with legislation on sending parcels abroad. However, this a very reliable service and the parcels we send this company seem to arrive in very good time.

Straightforward and apparently reliable. Easy to deliver to shop, from where I received a receipt of posting. Thereafter the items were delivered punctually.

When I checked on the website, the original quote was around £56.00, and it said I could drop off to my local collection point, and the delivery date would be 21st or 22nd of December. When I booked the delivery, the price was just over £67.00. When I went to drop off the parcel it was not accepted, so I had to travel across to the other side of Birmingham to go to the main FedEx depot, walking miles because I dont drive. When the parcel was logged, the delivery date was not 21st but 25th December

Ordered a parcel to be sent to Sweden. Only for the parcel to be lost for 10 days and not scanned then when I messaged ups for an update they said they were trying to locate it and within 15 mins the parcel was at a external company’s pick up office and my relative had to go get it her self!!! I bought guaranteed delivery within 3-5 days and she picked it up her self 14 days later! Awful and misleading
