What an excellent service. Will use them time and time again and recommend to my friends/family.
Easy online price/service comparison as well as putting in your parcel(s) dimensions and weight. The booking system for collection and delivery was a breeze. Great packing instructions as well, for those doing it for the first time. Very good at showing the options of courier and just loved the fact that I could get them to come and pick it up with a text to confirm the date and general pickup times and on the morning a text stating the 1 hour time range for pick up - perfect! And they arrived in that time too! When they say 2 business days delivery, it was absolutely spot on. Arrived, as I predicted.

Good service overall, but you need to improve your customer support. Its slow and difficult to contact customer service, and your live chat app is fairly poor.

Cheats, plain and simple... I booked delivery of a Christmas gift for mom, UK to USA. Overpaid for the parcel by rounding up to the next cm and kg on dimensions I quoted so Id know that Id be covered for any measurement errors along the line. Drop off service to Royal Mail so no issues there as Royal Mail does good work, but ParcelMonkey sent me a message a week after shipping informing me that theyd charge me a little more than double for the parcel with no recourse to dispute other than complaint. Many e-mails back and forth were required to get them to understand why I thought they were cheating me. Even had photographic evidence of the measurements... but after they seemed to "get it" they took about a month to respond to the proof they requested. When they did respond it was with the original template letter but not even properly filled in. They forgot to reference the ParcelMonkey shipment number... just sent the letter with the (insert PM number) still in the message! Also couldnt reference any of the measurements correctly. Not the originals, disputed, claimed or otherwise. What they referenced was more than 40cm x 17cm x 90cm off the closest dimensions. Didnt even discuss the weight which I know for a fact to be 1.2kg under what I paid for. I truly believe that actual monkeys could do a better job at customer service than these "people" And dont get me started about my brothers missing Christmas gift... I expect that will never show up or be re-imbursed despite the extra cost of insurance.

My refund is overdue and Parcel Monkey are now going down the route of ignoring my website messages and also my logged complaints. They are also marking any messages as duplicates and the merged thread skips back to their homepage. Clearly they are avoiding any response whatsoever and are playing games. Fact 1. Money taken for collection and delivery of parcel. 2. No collection made or explanation of why they failed. 3. Told I would get a refund, after 6 working days, nothing. 4. No meaningful response. Lies, deception and diversion from the very beginning. Parcel Monkey, get one our your senior managers to respond to this, not Mike , I want my money back. Your CEO Nav Ramiah is also ignoring my messages, is this a scam thats operating? Anybody from the Office of Fair Trading interested? Comments please.

If I could give no star to this company I would. They completely destroyed my child`s ride on car and refused to compensate the damage by blaming poor packaging when the car was packed very safe and checked with the delivery driver that this was good and safe packaging. I have to deal with ombudsman to resolve the issue with them. Don`t trust them, they don`t care. Worst service I have ever received.

It would be helopul to know roughly when dirver is going to collect as had to wait in all day. Otherwise excellent.

Good but not excelent service, the driver came, he doesnt gave a call, he was going away after waited just 1 minute, he wasnt nice and professional. Apart the delivery man all its been good!

Keep away at all cost from them. Sent my parcel around three months ago, never reached recipient. The customer service is just unbelievably bad and they would just reply with standard script to every question. I asked for refund of value of my parcel and was refused straight away.

Ordered a collection on 16th for 17th. Nobody turned up. Tried to call Parcelmonkey, but they cannot hold any information, so I had to contact the DPD Hungary. Cant reach anyone on phone, no answer to my e-mail. Today I can contacted them via Facebook and said they will collect the parcel today between 1 and 2pm. Which is the only one appointment, when my mother will not be at home, so tried to reschedule. They said its impossible. So what? I paid for the service and have to call everyone, until finally realised that no-one will collect it. Absolutely terrible service.

I sent a suitcase and a large backpack, and both were received in excellent condition. One thing I wasnt aware of: when I delivered the bags at the post office, I had to tape them myself (for protection and to tape the document for delivery to the bags).

Absolutely disgraceful, misleading, lying, cheating and useless courier company ever allowed to run their business in the UK. They took my money, failed to collect, gave no reason, told me I would get a refund, failed to give me a refund, delayed replying and are now ignoring me. Live chat waste of time. Im going to e-mail their CEO Nav Ramiah to see what he says, failing that contacting the Guardian newspaper to run another story about them. Parcel Monkey - what have you got to say for yourselves? Pay me my money and Ill go away.
