Excellent service. I was really happy they were able to collect my parcel from the seller during the time they were going to be in. It was delivered to me the day afterwards. I will be using this service again

I have used Parcel Monkey several times in the past. The price is right and they have always delivered as originally stated. UK to Slovakia in 4 working days. The last 20+kg box I sent was cube shaped and must have rolled on a conveyor or something as every corner of the box was destroyed. Luckly the goods inside the box on this occasion were fine. I would recommend Parcel Monkey for international deliveries.

I made a mistake with the address - put 26 instead of 29. The driver cant be blamed for delivering to 26 but he can be blamed for lying. He could not get a signature because the occupants of 26 were away. He dumped the parcel in their back garden and put a card through the front door. Reasonable enough but the UK Mail system showed he obtained a signature. He couldnt and he didnt. So why lie about it? Since the recipient lives only a few doors away he was able to retrieve the parcel. The point is, the driver delivered to the address on the label on time but gave the impression that the parcel had been received and signed for when neither was true. 5 stars for delivering on time, reduced to 2 for lying.

Didnt collect the item on the day they where supposed to, what else is there to say. Where unable to contact the courier to check where the driver was, tracking doesnt come into play until the parcel is collected. Bad experience and I would advise to not use.

Avoid! This company has constantly let me down. My last few collections have been late. One parcel went to wrong country and it was only by luck I get it back...weeks later. Cut out the middle man and go straight to the courier themselves a the prices are the same or better.

Easy to use. I had a packet to send so I measured and weighed it, booked, paid, printed the label online and next day it was collected. Much cheaper than using Royal Mail and more convenient.
