Quite simply beyond belief. I had a mattress collected 25 days ago, paid circa £150 for next day delivery and have received nothing. Took days off my work to wait in for delivery – there was no communication, despite both the courier and Parcel Monkey having my telephone number/details. As a business, we’ve used Parcel Monkey many a time for package deliveries without issue. The problem arises if your parcel decides to go walkies – Parcel Monkey are powerless and have no set escalation procedure in place. They will simply message the courier and tell you they’ll get back to you when there’s a reply. I’ve been chasing for 25 days and still have no mattress or sign of either. I’m pregnant and getting more and more uncomfortable - which was the whole reason I got this mattress….that was almost a month ago. I’ve explained this countless times and have had the same answer each time – “it’s been raised with the courier and we will get back to you once we have an answer”. I asked how long the courier is given before it’s declared as lost – again no simple answer. They will not declare it lost until the courier has confirmed – the courier seems to be in no rush, with no escalation process either. I also wrote to Parcel Monkeys customer service team – again no answer. On the back of this we are also going to be reviewing how we send our business parcels. I will also update outcome of this.

Received message stating date of collection (via DHL,) but item was not collected until following day. Wouldnt have minded but no warning given so parcel was out all day. In the end this was sorted out. Just a lack of info. really... Traffic even worse than usual in this area due to morons at Dorset Highways !

All went well once the delivery address was adjusted to meet the websites criteria! Once this had been done the booking was completed and labels received. Parcel dropped off at nearby shop and delivered as scheduled withou any further problem.

Terrible service. Paid for International Express to Italy whereby it should have taken 2-3 days. It’s now the 7th day and my package hasn’t even left the UK. I would never use this service again.

Booked a Courier collection through Parcel Monkey for a Friday. Everything confirmed, yet no one turned up! Upon contacting Parcel Monkey they advised the parcel could be collected up to 6pm. 5:55pm and still nothing. They said they couldn’t get in touch with Courier and that they would reschedule my collection to Monday?! Asked for it just to be cancelled as I couldn’t afford anymore delays. Monday morning - text and email received from Courier saying they’d be over to another courier...nobody showed up. Tuesday morning - text and email received from Courier saying they’d be over to another courier. At 1:45pm I get a call from the Courier driver to say he’s at my house! So Parcel Monkey didn’t actually cancel it! Useless service!

The worst service ever by a courier/agent. Avoid at all cost. I booked 24hr express delivery with DPD on their website. My parcel arrived after a week and the process of chasing it up is a pain. Parcel hero is much better or stick to royal mail. Never using your services again!

parcel lost, the same reply from last 2 months, really bad customer service, they need to check their past reply, every time I ask them for parcel and they gave me the same reply, "we will get back soon", this is only replied I get and they do nothing from last 2 months, stay away from this company

I use DPD booked through Parcel Monkey to send to Spain. Every delivery has been made on time, never had a problem, unlike with previous couriers. They pick up when they say they will, great tracking, totally reliable service.

booked a parcel for 24 hour delivery- six days later- after several days talking to their customer service parcel still not collected and now five days to wait for a refund - no phone contact available- no manager available to take problem higher up- they tell you to wait until 6pm to see if parcel is collected and then guess what they are shut at 6pm so you cant talk to customer service until the next day AVOID USING PARCEL MONKEY

Good price for heavy large parcels ! We booked 2 parcels up with a vintage coach built night pram was delivered within 2 days from UK to northern Ireland ! So happy no bumps or dents on parcels or item ! Well cared for during transit Many thanks

I will don’t use the PARCEL MONKEY never again! I send a laptop to other country but because the laptop was in LIST they didn’t send it! Until here was my mistake because I didn’t attended the list. But I dropped the laptop in a collection point in Monday morning I paid £73.06 to send it and they inform me in Thursday that is not possible to send it with this service. Then charge me £27 to return it back to my address and then they refund me £28 of 73.06 that I paid. IN THIS COMPANY THERE IS NO ONE TO SPEAK IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEM WITH YOUR DELIVERY. You can to text message and answer you after one - two days. So I think this is the most ridiculous company that I ever use. I WILL DON’T USE PARCEL MONKEY NEVER EVER AGAIN.

Collection was to be between 8am -6 pm. I sent a message confirming my address and if it was definitely being collected was assured it was. This didn’t happen am waiting for a reply after two messages being sent. Terrible service should pay people back for waiting in all day for NOTHING Should have knew this was a **** company,I had just booked the collection and got an email telling me my parcel was in Southampton!

I give Parcel Monkey 5 stars. They always pick up my parcel on the time and date that they sent me, In addition my parcel always arrived on the date that they told me. I have uses Parcel Monkey for the past eight years. Sending parcels to my family not only in the U.K. But also to my family and friends in France and Australia.

Appalling experience. Parcel was misdelivered three times, even though the address was a Collection point. Now I have the choice between destroying it, or paying twice the original delivery cost to get it sent back to me, where I will have to pay to get it redelivered (obviously this time using a different service). Any attempt to get into contact just puts you through to ineffectual, poorly scripted and asinine web chat. Astonished that I have to pay for someone elses mistake.

As a small independent business owner, a courier is effectively an extension of my business. I spend £££ buying and paying to store boxes, bubble wrap, polystyrene, air bags and brown tape with tons of ‘FRAGILE’ wrap and then spend hours wrapping items to account for carefree handlers or those on such a tight timeline that their attitude to every parcel is chuck and drop. What happens to these parcels en route if they arrive to my customer snapped or broken? Twice this happened in the same week. Refunds/replacements, disgruntled customers who are inconvenienced, unlikely to return to purchase again, time spent emailing over matters out of my hands I have entrusted to you. YOU do this to my business. It borders on sabotage and you seem to have pipped airport baggage handlers for having a bad rep #thumbsdown
