Booking and paying for the service was easy. When I realised that the parcel could be collected at any time the following day, and I had to pop out,I phoned and changed the collection day. Great. However the very nice Parcelforce man turned up a day early on the original collection day. Luckily I was in.

I have had bad experience with international shipping,after month the parcel returned back to my address because the courier destroyed the label and they could not find the receiver.the worst:the parcel monkey did not refund my money and i paid again to recent this parcel, horrendous service

Payed for a 21-day service that ended up in a 50-day ordeal. They didnt know where the package was and never gave me real information of the status of my parcel. The package arrived without them making the update in their system and when I asked for a refund due to the absurd delay, I got $10 dollars in return. Just $10, for my troubles. Wouldnt recommend at all for international shipping at least.

My parcel was not picked up from the drooped off point. It is still there and the shop does not pick up the phone. I dont know whats going on with it. The parcel was a birthday present which I sent a week earlier to make sure it arrives on time. And it didnt and its not going to! Very disappointed

when contacting parcel force to check on collection and to recollect a missed collection they put me through to a branch in Glasgow when I was in Portsmouth Hampshire, they said they could not give a time or let driver know not to collect before 0930 as no one in, this seems a bit of a waste of drivers time and mine having to wait in for over 5 hrs for recollection .Once I explained that I left parcel on doorstep pick up was arranged .Surely a better system for collection and contact with drivers and customer could be viable as it would save time and make sure some one was in for collection.

Having used Parcel Monkey a few times now I logged a delivery which be made to China for an important package I needed sending out. I chose the option for DPD to send this via air for a 7 working day delivery, this was sent on the 31st Jan 2019. Its is now 19 Feb 2019 and yet not delivered.

DO NOT USE THIS PRICE COMPARISON SITE. NEXT DAY DELIVERY DOESNT HAPPEN AND BEWARE OF THE UNFAIR CONTRACT TERMS. They give customers an option to extend liability insurance which you pay extra for and not only was our goods damaged but they refused to pay for damages because the insurance doesnt cover anything on their a prohibited items list, a list which names every type of goods that can be couriered which you can possibly think of (SEE LIST BELOW). They also state under the terms and conditions that this list IS NOT EXHAUSTIVE and therefore they try to reject claims for damaged items that arent even on this list. COMPLETE SCAM. We emailed the CEO Nav Ramiah and he hasnt bothered to reply. Just happy to take customers money and to reject or ignore customer complaints. Paid nearly £40 for a collection/delivery and it wasn’t collected. No communication from Parcel Monkey or Parcel Force to tell me this. The contact form on the website to report a problem doesn’t work and there is no phone number to contact them. They do have a postal address to contact them though! In 2019 I have to write a letter to sort this out!?!

Courier was chosen. It turned out that the carrier was actually UK Mail. They tried to deliver the parcel, but the recipient company wasnt open. I tried to contact UK Mail, but they have no customer service and the only phone line is automated, so I couldnt change the new delivery time (only a new date could be selected). Fortunately, on the new date, UK Mail ran late and the recipient company was open for delivery. UK Mail have had numerous complaints about this lack of contact and have done nothing about it.

Amazing service as always! Used parcel monkey 4 times so far to send different sized packages and theyve never failed me. Courier is always booked promptly, always shows up on time and parcels are always delivered without a problem. Cant fault the customer service either.
