Absolute shower of s**t my parcel (number PM6617428) has been lost since september last year and all these thieves have done is refund my £18.54 shipping costs! They have lost a £264 item and have just stopped answering my request for compensation, obviously hoping i will just forget it! DO NOT USE THEM THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND TELL YOU THEY INSURE UP TO £250! THEY DO NOT PAY OUT WHEN THEY LOSE YOUR ITEMS.

98% of our exports with Parcel Monkey go very smoothly indeed so i would say they are very good but perhaps better with the DPD parcels than the Parcelforce ones

The pick up was good. The only thing was that id explained on live chat that i had no way of printing a label in the timescale and was assured that the driver would have one. Which was a real relief at the time. The driver however knew nothing about it and said he d have to contact head office. I felt a bit like he thought i hadnt checked. It was fine though. He still took the parcel.

Purchase process was pretty straight forward. Parcel was collected by Parcel Force on Monday. Processed in UK and then sent on its way to USA (2-3 day service). End up being a 4 day service into the USA. Couldnt track the shipment using Parcel Monkey. Had to contact customer service via chat who simply provided a POD for the collection part of the service and was unable to provide DHL tracking details for 24 hours. Chat service was pretty unhelpful. Package arrived with some damage.

Driver picked up the parcel. It’s got fragile written all over it. It’s got this way up written all over it. Yet he turned it on its side, and before it reached the van he dropped it on the floor. Wouldn’t be so bad if it was a basketball. But it was a £13,000 record player Lord only knows what damage is done to it. It was going back to the factory for a service. It probably needs major surgery now thanks to Courier It’s not parcel monkey fault. But perhaps they shouldn’t send monkeys to do the job?

Collection date was wrong twice, but customer service rectified that twice. I paid for a DPD delivery service door-to-door, seems when it entered Sweden it was handed over to the local country delivery service, which didnt drop off to my door - having me go to collect a large heavy box by foot in the snow and ice. Overall it was fine, but for the price I paid, I expected more than a 3-star service. You may as well use the post office.

over charged us. Our parcel had correct size and we weighed it at 25kgs. They sent an email 2 weeks after saying the volumetric weight was different and it was 34.99kgs so charged us more. No way was it that weight but it seems they can dib into your account and take more money without any proof whatsoever. We have photos of the parcel before it was sent and when it was received. Will never use them again.Nice way to earn extra money if you did that to a 1000 customers every week....................

Overcharged us, we sent a parcel that weighed 5kg and after youd send it they then charged us a surcharge claiming the parcel was 30kg. We wont be using the service again.
