My parcel went to London rather than Suffolk and I still dont have it, its over a week now. The driver was supposed to deliver today and when I tracked the item, it said, couldnt find the address!!! I get deliveries all the time with no problems. This is unacceptable I should have had my item ages ago. Very bad service , so angry with it all

We have used Parcel Monkey on several occasions and they have always been brilliant. They have always been reasonably priced, reliable, and delivered on time with never any damage.

Sent a parcel to my son in Dubai 16th November 33emails up to today & no parcel delivered 2weeks ago e mail came & said it was in Southampton & if I pay around £13 it would be sent back to me still no parcel !! I have had a constant battle to get any answers to my questions usually sorry for the inconvenience the parcel was to my sons place of work for ease HSBC bank in Dubai via parcel monkey I find out it is with a different carrier who cannot deliver it they want a different address so we give them an alternative they want phone numbers we do &so on. I asked in desperation for the carrier name & a phone number so I can sort it out myself as they cannot or do not want to I get the standard reply of sorry for the inconvenience obviously a computer response there is no phone number to talk to parcel monkey. after 33emails &spending between £60-£70 over 3months of not getting anywhere I give up the worst company I have ever come across

As a small business owner I want good service and decent prices. Well, Parcel Monkey gives me both of those. The website is quick and easy to navigate, the couriers arrive when they say they will, and everything is nice and simple. Cant ask for more.

Easy to use, straightforward, efficient and effective. Only downside is you don’t get a window for when your parcel will be picked up if you book a home pick up. Would definitely recommend though!!! Super friendly courier.

I booked through parcel monkey and took my parcel at the drop off points where I was told they cannot take it as it’s more than 10kg whereas I paid for 20kg and got a sticker to put on my parcel clearly showing the weight.I have to contact the parcel monkey where I was told to cancel this service and try another one.

courier wouldnt take parcel from seller, not wrapped correctly, seller refunded my money, lost out on a good buy, to cap it all, no communication whatsoever from courier, and no refund !.

Yet again parcel monkey strikes.had a parcel collected thursday then another on friday with parcel force via parcel monkey site.to my amazement both parcels are delivered to the same address on monday even though there going to 2 differant address.how can this happen ?.well review readers they only printed out a duplicate label that they bring for the previous days parcel and stuck it on the 2nd one .you couldnt make this up.i feel a carry on film being made.carry on parcel monkey.also as they dont like you complaining or giving a refund for poor service they block you from there support centre contact links

I got additional charge every single time when I sent the international parcels, at the first couple times, I tried to claim by sending the proof of the photos and they always refunded me, but now they dont accept the proof of photos anymore, very annoying but cant do anything because all the fee add up still cheaper than other carrier, one day definitely swap to another fair company.

Parcel Monkey saved me considering the fact that I had to send back home some big boxes, and the company that I booked for the transport cancelled last minute.
I had a tv and so much more and everything came all in one piece, despite the fact that so many people said you will not receive your tv intact! Highly recommended and cheap prices too!

Hi there.
Thank you. I recieved my box in 5 days(instead 3-4) but was ok.
Just the DPD application doesnt work. But atlist we can check the tracking in slovakia on the day when the box arrivel. When I make the order after I was scare, because all the feedback what I see is was highly NOT recommended. But was good surprise. I was satisfied. I will use it again in the future.
