Picked up item very quickly once paid for. Used tracked item for return. Did not receive any tracking updates &!i had to ring to check item had been received for refund. Paid over£15 for service and expected more information from this company.

Booking the collection of my large, bulky parcel through Parcel Monkey was easy and the cost very competitive. I was kept fully updated on collection and also able to track parcel through to its delivery. I would use Parcel Monkey again.

I have used parcel force a few times now and I am very very happy to have found a reliable way to send my parcels

Taken additional payment of )67 as said measurements were wrong. Have sent prodded sizing from item box and had no response. There is noway to speak to anyone . Very angry and diapointed

Very difficult to get in contact with. Nobody wants to resolve my complaint. Asked for documentation which I have not recived correctly. Problem still not resolved 2 weeks later. Actioned something on my account without my permission.

Apalling! They took payment of £68 and the parcel has never been collected. We have chased every day/ every other day and keep being told that tomorrow they will collect. Nobody has turned up. We have been given every excuse including driver couldnt collect because nobody was home. I work from home! Advise to AVOID. We will never use again.
