Parcel Monkey are great but Parcelforce 48 should be renamed Parcelforce 168 and they delivered it to a neighbour but didnt tell us which one!

Purchased 2 days express delivery on this website. They delivered parcel after 6 days! Asked for a refund however I was told that delivery times are not guaranteed and no refund will be provided - end of case. Guess that it was not worth - useless service - definitely not as described.

AVOID this JOKE of a company at all costs! Been waiting for three days for them to collect..but nothing! You can’t call them..there’s no contact no: so I’ve had to pay double to send my package! Not to mention taking time off work! Just go to the actual company and forget these middle men jokers!!

I have used Parcel Monkey on 3 occasions when shipping bulky items within the UK.
In the past I used to struggle with these to the Post Office and end paying high Postal charges.
Now, using Parcel Monkey, I have a choice of carriers at competitive prices who can collect the items from home.
All just so easy to arrange using their simple user friendly web page.

Awful sham Parcel Monkey company. No telephones. NO customer service. Paid for extra insurance on electrical item. Robustly packaged (subsequently confirmed by customer during “claims process”). Item rendered useless after rough handling. Has cost me over £150 of Africa volunteering fund. Parcel Monkey offered £60 two months later but blamed me for not having photos of original packaging. Disgraceful. Contacting Trading Standards and lawyer now.

Easy to use. Very competitive. Haven’t received feedback from recipients so hopefully parcels got there. I used a small post office who initially refused to take it as they’d never heard of the service. They have now.

I have used Parcel Monkey easily over 20 times, paying for a 24hr service on all occasions, yet items are not delivered to my customers until 2-3 days later. I complained about this but told a 24hr service is not guaranteed though Parcel Monkey offer and charge for this service. They do not reimburse the money spent on paying for an unreceived service and struggle to apologise. I am currently looking into another service provider, one that is reliable, professional and responsible.
